This week’s ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU and ESPN360.com men’s college basketball schedule will include coverage of three top 10 programs, highlighted by No. 22 Davidson, led by dynamic guard Stephen Curry, vs. West Virginia at 7 p.m. followed by No. 8 Texas vs. No. 17 Villanova in the Jimmy V Classic Tuesday, Dec. 9 on ESPN. The 2008 Jimmy V Women’s and Men’s Basketball Classics -- two early-season college basketball events showcasing top programs with proceeds benefiting The V Foundation for Cancer Research -- will also include Georgia at No. 12 Rutgers (women's) at 7 p.m. on ESPN2. Sentencing of O.J. SimpsonESPNEWS and SportsCenter will televise live the sentencing of O.J. Simpson on Friday, Dec. 5. The court appearance in Las Vegas is currently scheduled for noon. Legal experts Lester Munson and Roger Cossack will provide analysis. In September 2007, Simpson was arrested in Las Vegas and on October 3, 2008 found guilty on multiple charges. |
